Privacy Policy

1. Responsible and roles

MiPortalIA is responsible for the data used to manage registrations, contracting, billing, security, support and commercial relationship. When a community or administrator uses the platform to process data of residents, owners, suppliers or other persons, MiPortalIA may act as data processor in accordance with the contract and the client's documented instructions.

2. Processed data

Identification data, contact data, authentication, membership in organizations and homes, permits, incidents, communications, documents, reservations, billing, technical records and audit may be processed. No electronic banking credentials are requested. Financial integrations must be done through authorized providers.

The treatment is supported, as the case may be, by contractual execution, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in protecting and improving the service and consent when necessary.

5. Recipients

The data may be communicated to providers that provide hosting, messaging, storage, support, payments or security under appropriate guarantees; to authorities when there is a legal obligation; and to authorized members of the corresponding organization according to their permissions.

6. International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, MiPortalIA will require a valid mechanism, contractual guarantees and an evaluation appropriate to the service used.

7. Conservation

The data will be kept during the contractual relationship and the periods necessary to meet obligations, responsibilities, security and defense of claims. Suspension for non-payment does not imply the immediate deletion of community information.

8. Rights

Individuals may request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability where appropriate. Requests will be channeled through the contact means enabled by MiPortalIA. A claim may also be filed with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Security

MiPortalIA applies isolation by organization, access controls, action logging, encryption where appropriate, backups, secret management, request limiting, and permission review.

10. Minors and third party data

Whoever incorporates third party data must have legitimacy and provide the required information. The service is not aimed at minors for self-employment.
