General conditions
1. Object
These conditions regulate the contracted access to MiPortalIA and the functions enabled for communities of owners, property managers and authorized users.
2. Registration and representation
The person requesting registration declares that they have the capacity and authorization to represent the community or organization. MiPortalIA may request reasonable documentation to verify identity, representation, payment mandate or operational data.
3. Plans and price
The price, frequency, number of eligible communities or homes, discounts and services included will be those shown during the contract or expressly agreed upon. Each active community constitutes a differentiated unit when the professional contract is calculated by community.
4. Billing and payment
Billing will be recurring according to the plan. Direct debit requires a valid mandate. A failed attempt may generate warnings and retries. MiPortalIA will not invent payments or mark an obligation as satisfied without evidence from the payment provider.
5. Non-payment and suspension
In the event of non-payment, reminders, a grace period and suspension may be applied in accordance with the contract. The suspension may limit the service for consultation purposes. The information is not automatically deleted for the first non-payment and reactivation will be carried out after valid payment confirmation.
6. Use and users
The client manages registrations, cancellations, functions and permissions. You must avoid shared access, illicit uses and uploading of information without legitimacy. Each user will only be able to consult the data authorized by their organization and responsibility.
7. Availability and maintenance
MiPortalIA attempts to offer reasonable continuity and may make maintenance, security updates or technical changes. External integrations also depend on the availability and conditions of your suppliers.
8. Automation and artificial intelligence
Automated functions can classify, summarize or propose actions. Sensitive financial, contractual or legal operations require human authorization. The results should be reviewed when their impact or risk level warrants it.
9. Data protection
The parties will comply with the applicable regulations. When MiPortalIA acts as processor, the processing will also be governed by the corresponding agreement, documented instructions and agreed security measures.
10. Ownership and contents
MiPortalIA retains the rights to the platform. The client retains the rights and responsibilities over the data and documents it incorporates. The contract does not convey rights other than the limited use license during its term.
11. Low
The withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the plan and the expressly accepted commitments. There may be technical deadlines for export, closure, legal retention and safe disposal.
12. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for its breaches in accordance with the regulations and the contract. MiPortalIA does not replace the administrator, advisor, lawyer, accountant, bank, insurer or authorized brokerage.
13. Support and changes
Channels, support levels and substantial changes will be communicated through appropriate means. The particular conditions prevail over these conditions when there is an express contradiction.
14. Applicable law
The relevant Spanish and European legislation is applied, respecting the mandatory rights of the user that are applicable.
